Like our integrated labels our integrated cards are produced completely in line with printing up to 7 colors, in cut sheet or continuous style. Our integrated cards can have a standard laminate on the front and/or back side, or if the card portion needs to be laser imprinted we can add a laser compatible laminate to the front and/or back side.

What makes our integrated card unique other than the one step production process is the thumb notch that is incorporated into it this makes it easier for the end user to remove the card from the base sheet. Do the cards need to have variable information, consecutive numbers or barcodes? With our unique press this is not a problem.

We typically use a 7pt laser compatible base sheet for our cards, if you add laminates to both sides the overall thickness is around 10mil, which is durable, and will not tear. We can manufacture our cards using different paper weights also. There are many different applications for integrated cards some of which include:
