With our ideas and Aqua flex engineers we developed a unique multi-web flexo press.This press is capable of running four webs simultaneously and printing up to 7 colors, depending on the configuration of your customers needs. We can lay down a hot melt adhesive, a wet glue, crimp on one side, double die cut, add pin feeds, finish the product on rolls, sheets, or fan folded all in one pass through our press.

Label/Form or Dual-web products are usually produced as cut sheets to feed through laser printers, although we have produced dual-web jobs on rolls with pin fed & fan folded. Label/Form combinations serve some of the same purposes as Integrated labels, where dual-web products differ are the combinations of materials that can be used. This can be 20# bond & pressure sensitive paper, or it can be 8pt. Card stock and a special laser imprint able film stock with a removable adhesive. The combinations that can be created with multi web products are limited only by your imagination.
